All products available through FHighlights are digital goods delivered electronically via direct download or email link after successful payment. By purchasing a digital product from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered. When a digital item is purchased, you gain immediate access to the content, making traditional return policies inapplicable.

We strongly encourage you to review the full product description, format compatibility (e.g. Google Sheets, Notion, PDF, DOCX, Excel), preview images, and any technical requirements listed on the product page before completing your purchase. If you are unsure about any details, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

2. Exceptions (When a Refund May Be Granted)

We may grant a full or partial refund only under specific, limited circumstances, such as:

  • The product was not downloaded or accessed, and the request is made within 7 calendar days of purchase.
  • You accidentally purchased the same product twice in the same account, and we can verify that both orders were placed in error.
  • A technical failure on our end prevented successful delivery of the product (e.g. broken download link or incorrect file sent).
  • The product file is severely corrupted or incomplete, and we are unable to replace or fix it.

To request a refund under these conditions, please contact us at help@fhighlights.shop, using the subject line “Refund Request” and including your full name, order number, and a brief explanation of the issue. Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.

3. Situations That Are Not Eligible for Refunds

We do not issue refunds in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after purchase or no longer need the product.
  • You misunderstood the product’s purpose, contents, or format despite clear information on the product page.
  • You are unable to open or use the file due to incompatible software, devices, or lack of experience using tools such as Notion, Google Sheets, or Excel.
  • You experience temporary technical issues on your end (e.g. internet access problems, email delivery delays, storage limitations).
  • You claim the product did not meet your expectations but it matches the description and samples shown on the site.

4. Support and Technical Help

While refunds are not guaranteed, we are always happy to help with any technical difficulties or usage questions you may have after purchase. If you’re having trouble accessing a download, using the product, or customizing it, please reach out to us. In most cases, issues can be resolved quickly with some guidance or a replacement download link.
